Defend Yourself with BJJ Techniques
Normally when a woman gets attacked, the attacker is not trying to box or kick-box with her. The attacker most likely wants to grab her and control her movements and this often includes taking her to the ground. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is perfect for that type of confrontation.
Brazilian Jiu-Jiu will teach women to:
- escape, hold, control, and submit an opponent from the ground.
- subdue or escape a larger or stronger person’s aggression by using the principles of leverage and angles.
- have confidence in close-up, full-contact situations
